Three days from now, Texas International College will host scholars from eight countries at its 2nd International Conference 2026. The event runs September 6 at Park Village Resort in Budhanilkantha, built around one theme: “Driving Management and IT for Sustainability, Prosperity and Posterity in the 21st Century.”

The numbers alone say something about the scale. Forty-five-plus presenters. Over 150 registered participants. Six parallel sessions running through the day.

Prof. Dr. Khadga Bahadur K.C., Chairperson of the University Grants Commission, Nepal, will attend as Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. Tirth Raj Khaniya, former Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, joins as Special Guest, and Prof. Dr. Bal Chandra Luitel, Dean of Kathmandu University School of Education, as Guest of Honor. Prof. Dr. Namjae Cho, Chairman of the International ITAM Society, will deliver the keynote address.

Three academics will chair the sessions: Roshee Lamichhane, Associate Dean at Kathmandu University School of Management; Prof. Gajendra Sharma from KU’s Department of Computer Science and Engineering; and Prof. Dr. Binod Krishna Shrestha from KU’s Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manoj Shakya, from KU’s Department of Artificial Intelligence, will serve as commentator.

Before the main event, there’s one more thing worth your time. On Saturday, September 5, from 2:00 to 4:30 PM at TIC Mitrapark, the college is running a pre-event session on article writing, led by Prof. Dr. Santosh Rangnekar from IIT Roorkee and Prof. Dr. Surya Prakash Singh from IIT Delhi.
