BBM Admission in Nepal 2025: CMAT Score, Eligibility and Process
Tribhuvan University affiliates 62 BBM colleges across Nepal 41 of them in Kathmandu alone. This guide walks you through every step: who can apply, what CMAT score you need, how colleges select students, and which documents to prepare.
Who can apply?
BBM admission is open to any student who has passed 10+2 from any stream — Management, Science, Humanities, or Hotel Management. There is no age restriction. The only requirements are a minimum GPA of 1.8 and mandatory CMAT registration.
TU’s open-stream policy means a science student shifting to business and a humanities student drawn to management both apply on equal terms.
CMAT is the biggest factor, but your Plus Two grades contribute nearly a third of your score. Students who only prepare for the entrance test while neglecting Plus Two grades often find their composite score lower than expected.
